We are the only brother/sister team in San Diego 's title industry. Our partnership succeeds because we both have made a commitment to a hands-on approach to title insurance. During the selling/buying process, we personally research a variety of sources to provide thorough, accurate sales comparables and significant market trends so that you and your real estate agent can properly evaluate a property. Once escrow is opened, we welcome the opportunity to review your preliminary title report with you, answer questions and resolve any troubling title issues. Whereas some title companies take weeks to produce a title report, we do it in days. But perhaps even most important, we will be there for you after your escrow closes. We can help you save time and money on your next title policy, should you decide to sell or refinance. We will trouble-shoot for you if there is a problem with an easement or an encroachment. So even though your title policy is with one of the largest title insurers in the world, you have two advocates on the local level who will be there to help you.

 

Diane and Michael grew up on the East Coast, where they were raised with a strong work ethic. Diane graduated from the University of Michigan . After graduate school, she was a high school English teacher, public relations director, founder of a town newspaper, and mother of two children before she discovered the joy of selling title insurance. She particularly enjoys solving problems and helping people. Michael is a graduate of Cornell University . Before discovering title insurance, he served as a regional director for a restaurant company in Chicago and operated a commodity brokerage firm in New York City . He loves playing sports with his four children, and he is the one to call if you are an early riser since his day begins at 5:00 am.
